amount?
No, there is no up-front amount required.
What do you mean by
Software fee and One time setup Fee ?
The software requirements for the projects will be provided and the Amount will be charge as security, that is totally refundable after the agreement tenure completed. The software and technical maintenance will be taken care by Bitmax and If any penalty mark by the Client to the center for any reason (Delay or any software bug) will be given by Bitmax.
What type of support
will be provided by Bitmax on Projects?
BitMax provides full support including software tools, technical assistance, and complete training sessions for the execution and success of the project.
Is there any other
charges Center need to pay ?
Yes, centers are required to pay a royalty of 8%–10% on the monthly billing, as agreed upon at the time of signing the project agreement.
Is there any documentation provided for the refundable amount taken
by BitMax?
Yes, a formal document is provided for the refundable amount, along with a Post-Dated Cheque (PDC) issued to the center as a security measure.
